An Outland Region is similar to a Barren Region except that the region is split into 8 or 10 parcels of land that are shared with as many other residents. However, the parcels are really HUGE, and cost a small amount more than living on a full region. One other benefit is that you have no connecting neighbors, you are surrounded by well decorated estate land!
